Let’s grow — one page at a time.

My Story

Page 28 didn’t start as a business.
It started as a uni project.

At the time, it was just an idea, something I was building as part of my course. But the more I worked on it, the more it became something bigger. It quickly turned into something I genuinely wanted to make real… Something I wanted my friends, family, and others to experience.

Because it was something I needed myself.

I was trying to get more clarity in my life, less overthinking, more direction, and better habits. I’d heard about journaling, but every time I tried, I either didn’t know what to write or I’d stop after a few days.

It felt like I was doing it wrong.

So I started looking deeper into the research behind journaling, goal-setting, and mental performance - understanding how writing things down, reflecting on your thoughts, and taking action can genuinely change the way your mind works.

What I found changed everything.

Journaling isn’t just writing. It’s a tool.
A way to organise your thoughts, reduce stress, and create real progress.

So I built something I wish I had from the start.

Not just blank pages…
But a system. A structure. A guide.

Something simple, but powerful enough to actually make a difference.

That became Page 28.
